K G Yoga – A qualified yoga teacher trained from the heart of yoga itself India. Offering Vinyasa Yoga classes and Hatha Yoga classes in Ringwood, Verwood and the Hampshire/Dorset area. Offering both group yoga classes and private yoga classes to all levels and abilities.
- My Vision -
I want to be able to make sure that yoga is accessible and available to everyone and anyone. I want to show people that it’s not just physical and also show people that it’s not just spiritual. By practicing yoga regularly whether that’s daily, weekly or monthly you are increasing mobility, improving muscle tone, reducing tension, improving concentration, improving circulation, creating a sense of well being and calmness and many more factors.

HATHA / VINYASA YOGA
Learn to listen to your body.
This class will help improve strength, flexibility, balance, reduce stress and provide many therapeutic benefits such as bringing awareness to your breath to help develop mental focus and connect mind body and soul.

HANDBALANCING
COMING SOON
Have a go at one of my hand balancing classes from headstands and handstands to crow variations and many more either simple or more complex balances. These are fun classes helping improve not only balancing in general but upper body strength, activates core muscles and improves overall mobility and flexibility.

YOGA FOR ATHLETES
COMING SOON
The main goal is to work through tight muscles and increase mobility by working through deep stretches. It will help with a faster recovery which in turn will help your overall training for both fitness and strength work. Yoga for Athletes will also help improve form, strength building and reduces risk of injury.
